Our client, a large hospital, needed support for their Cherwell ITSM environment.
Our client had a critical resource gap and asked ClearBridge to provide a Cherwell Administrator with experience administering and developing ITSM applications.
ClearBridge provided a consultant who supported the maintenance and enhancement of their Cherwell ITSM environment, implemented customizations and integrations, and supported the upgrade to the new Ivanti ITSM replacement. The Cherwell Administrator documented user and process requirements, developed workflows, and was an integral part of helping with the migration by monitoring and configuring the application and providing enhancements.
Clearbridge’s consultant continues to customize and enhance the Ivanti Cherwell ITSM platform providing custom development of new templates and forms as well as leading periodic learning sessions to continue to increase the use and effectiveness of the Ivanti ITSM platform for the client.
