A leading aerospace and defense organization required specialized program planning expertise to support complex Department of Defense (DoD) weapons programs. Our client needed to maintain accurate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), manage program dependencies and resources, and improve visibility into cost, schedule performance, risks, and contractual milestones across multiple functional teams.
Solution
ClearBridge provided a Technical Planner with expertise in DoD program scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project. Our consultant supported the development, maintenance, and analysis of complex Integrated Master Schedules, incorporating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource allocation, critical path analysis, schedule baselines, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting. Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Mission Assurance, our consultant helped coordinate program activities, evaluate schedule risks, and support informed decision-making.
