Our client sought to modernize and optimize operations across their VMware environment by deploying the VMware Aria Suite. They needed expert guidance to translate business and operational requirements into an integrated management and automation platform while navigating a complex, on-premises VMware legacy environment. Key challenges included limited visibility into application dependencies, inconsistent operational workflows, and the need to align monitoring, automation, logging, and capacity management with existing network architecture and IT service management processes.
Solution
ClearBridge provided a Senior VMware Aria Suite Consultant to lead the discovery, design, and deployment of the VMware Aria Suite. Our consultant conducted detailed reviews of business requirements, technical architecture, and existing logical and physical network documentation to validate the current infrastructure and application landscape.
Working closely with client application teams, our consultant facilitated interviews to identify application owners, subject matter experts, user communities, and update processes. A comprehensive assessment of the on-prem VMware legacy environment and the existing Turbonomic deployment was conducted to evaluate current use cases and workflows.
The engagement included hands-on implementation and integration of Aria Lifecycle (Aria Identity Manager), Aria Operations, Aria Operations for Networks, Aria Log Insight, Aria/VCF Automation, and ServiceNow. Throughout the deployment, our consultant provided troubleshooting support, validated configurations, and delivered knowledge transfer to ensure our client’s teams were prepared to support ongoing operations.

The engagement delivered a fully integrated VMware Aria Suite platform that improved visibility, operational consistency, and automation across the client’s VMware environment. Our client gained enhanced insight into application performance and network behavior, streamlined operational workflows, and tighter integration with ServiceNow for IT service management. Knowledge transfer empowered internal teams to confidently manage Day-2 operations, positioning the organization for improved efficiency, scalability, and long-term operational maturity.
