Challenge

A government agency was preparing for a strategic upgrade from vSphere 8.x to VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x to modernize its infrastructure and improve standardization. However, the agency lacked a clear baseline for the health, security, and compliance posture of its current environment.
