Our client, a leading consulting firm, is in need of 3 Contact Center Engineers for initial 6 – 12 month contracts. The Contact Center Engineers will work remotely with 25 – 50% travel domestically supporting our customers DoD portfolio working with customer leadership and engineering teams to support platform migration and cloud migration efforts around a variety of contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc.).
Required Skills:
- 5 – 7 years of experience supporting the migration and administration of Contact Center solutions, specifically Cisco, Genesys and Avaya.
- Experience migrating Contact Center platforms, specifically Cisco, Genesys and Avaya to AWS.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Some level of AWS certification.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically 25 – 50% of the time.
- Knowledge of API protocols.
Desired Skills:
- AWS Connect experience.
