Our client required an experienced Resident Wireless Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage the complete network infrastructure for a large workforce housing community. The project required expertise across multiple networking platforms to build a secure, resilient greenfield environment while providing long-term on-site operational support.
Solution
ClearBridge provided a highly skilled Resident Wireless Network Engineer with deep expertise in Juniper Mist, Fortinet, Cradlepoint, and Extreme Networks. Our consultant collaborated with project stakeholders to architect and deploy wired and wireless infrastructure, implement Fortinet security and SD-WAN solutions, configure LTE/5G connectivity with Cradlepoint, and establish secure network segmentation and backbone switching. Following deployment, the consultant assumed responsibility for ongoing network administration, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, firmware management, security updates, documentation, and day-to-day operational support for residents and staff.
