Our consultants work on the Tiberius platform, which was originally designed to guide the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine and has expanded to therapeutics distribution and supply chain resiliency.
Business Challenge
Working on a brand-new platform in an ever-evolving landscape created challenges for this initiative. Not only were there a number of stakeholders in different jurisdictions – from the military to government offices to healthcare providers, but each stakeholder also had various levels of requirements.
Solution
Our consultants facilitated the flow of information to and from each jurisdiction, as well as creating custom reports and automating distribution of reports. While the scope of work changed over time, our consultants were able to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Impact
Our consultants continue to support the program as additional datasets are integrated into the platform to improve decision-making and operations in COVID-19 treatment.
