Our client needed a senior Security Field Engineer to provide advanced technical expertise across complex enterprise security projects and customer environments. Our client required a resource who could lead implementations, resolve project and ticket escalations, perform root cause analysis, and serve as a trusted technical advisor while mentoring other engineers.
The engagement required deep expertise across Cisco’s security portfolio, including Identity Services Engine (ISE), Secure Access, Secure Firewall, Duo, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Secure Email, Secure Network Analytics, and Secure Workload. The engineer also needed a strong understanding of Zero Trust, threat mitigation, endpoint security, enterprise infrastructure, and network architecture to address security requirements across interconnected environments.

Our consultant led and participated in complex projects while implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting Cisco security technologies across customer environments.
Beyond hands-on delivery, our engineer collaborated with Project Managers, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward. Serving as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor, our consultant performed advanced troubleshooting, assessed and mitigated technical risks, and mentored junior engineers. Experience with additional enterprise security platforms, endpoint integrations, cloud security, and incident response provided the broader perspective needed to support our client’s evolving security requirements.
