Our client, located in Washington, D, C,, is currently in need of a TS/SCI Senior Workspace One Consultant for a 12 month contract. The consultant will work a mix of onsite and remote in support of the client’s Tier 4 mobile management team to develop, manage and troubleshoot Workspace One configurations and functionality. The consultant will be responsible for submitting support tickets and act as a general liaison with the customer and account teams, managing Android, iOS, and MacOS devices using UEM, Access and Intelligence in FedRAMP SaaS, supporting Federal customers, using MFA, integrating WS1 with Microsoft products such as Entra and Active Directory certificate services, and applying hardening standards such as MacOS Security compliance and DISA STIGs. This role is primarily remote and may be requested to work after hours or participate in a weekend on call rotation.
Required Skills:
- Experience developing, managing and troubleshooting Workspace One
- Experience managing Android, iOS, and MacOS devices using Workspace One UEM, Access and Intelligence
- Experience supporting Federal customers using MFA
- Experience integrating WS1 with Microsoft products, such as Entra and Active Directory
- Familiarity with applying hardening standards such as MacOS Security and DISA STIGs
- Willing to work primarily remotely with once a month onsite expectation
- Flexible to work evening or weekend hours on a rotation schedule or as needed
- Active DoD TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility
