Our client, a leading government technology service provider, located in Washington D.C. is in need of a Top Secret Cleared Web Server Engineer on a 6 month contract to hire. The Web Server Engineer will work onsite daily, and will be responsible for providing sustainment support at the web application level, doing patches and upgrades for Apache Tomcat. They will also be responsible for supporting development teams in configuring environments and optimizing web stacks while enhancing and automating operations and deployments.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Web Application Administration
- Expertise in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid tier tools such as Apache Tomcat and Oracle
- Proficiency with Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS), Oracle APEX Access, Rest APIs for databases, Oracle database 19c
- Active TS Clearance
- Ability to be onsite in Washington DC 5 days a week
- Bachelors Degree
