Our client, a large professional services firm, is hiring a remote, full-time Sr Wireless Deployment Engineer responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise wireless networks. The engineer will serve as a senior subject matter expert (SME) for Aruba and Juniper Mist wireless solutions, providing technical leadership across pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment support. The Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer also provides front-line engineering support for complex customer environments and acts as an escalation point for advanced wireless and RF-related challenges.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience using wireless survey tools such as Ekahau & Hamina
- Advanced knowledge of RF concepts including RSSI, SNR, Channel Sizing, Modulation, OFDMA, WPA2/3, DFS, 802.1x, etc.
- Experience supporting campus or enterprise WLAN environments
- Experience supporting 802.1x environments using Aruba ClearPass
- PKI Knowledge
- Required to lift 20lb boxes overhead
- Required to use a ladder
Desired Certifications:
- HPE Aruba Networking Professional – Campus Access
- HPE Aruba Networking Professional – Security
- Juniper JNCIA-MistAI-Wired
- Juniper JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless
- Ekahau ESCE Troubleshooting or Advanced
- Expert Level Certifications in HPE (Aruba/Juniper)

The expected base salary range for this role is: $130,000 – $160,000 per year
The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
