Our client, a digital commerce agency, is looking to hire a Sr Salesforce Order Management (OMS) Solution Architect for a 6-month remote contract. The consultant will be supporting a customer based in the mid-west United States. The ideal consultant will have extensive experience in developing and customizing Salesforce OMS solutions, hold relevant Salesforce certifications, and possess strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. This project involves implementing Salesforce OMS solution along with the Service cloud.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OMS functionalities to streamline business processes. The consultant should also be able to engage non-technical stakeholders and articulate product and solution best practices. The consultant will be helping to automate physical ordering workflows in Salesforce OMS.
Required Skills:
- Must have supported 2 Salesforce Core & Commerce implementations or a combination of one Salesforce Service Cloud and one Salesforce OMS implementation in the 3 years.
- 6+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) with the ability to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for complex Order Management System (OMS) projects
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Order Management Systems
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and experience with middleware solutions
- Experience connecting SF OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with other integrations (e.g., payment, reporting, warehouse management)
- Hold a current Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
