Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Software QA Program Manager for a full-time position. The Program Manager will lead the design and implementation of a centralized Quality Assurance (QA) model across all technology projects and products. This role will drive discovery sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, manage QA vendor selection, and define the operating model for a scalable, metrics-driven QA organization aligned with Agile best practices.
Required Skills:
· 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technology organization, including Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong focus on Testing and Quality Assurance.
· 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, metrics, and vendor management within IT or software development environments.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
· Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred
· If working out of Boston office ability to travel to San Francisco as needed

The expected base salary range for this role is: 140K-180K per year
