Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a ServiceNow Knowledge Manager for an initial six-month contract. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week in the office, the ServiceNow Knowledge Manager will serve as a member of the team in the client’s expansion of it’s ServiceNow implementation, working toward leveraging AI to help meet employee needs. This role will have wing-to-wing responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the IT-related knowledge bases included in the plan.
This positions is 60% project management, 40% content writing.
Required skills:
- 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
- Must have experience with HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge Management modules
- HRSD, ITSM or CSM certifications preferred
