ServiceNow IT Knowledge Manager

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a ServiceNow Knowledge Manager for an initial six-month contract. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week in the office, the ServiceNow Knowledge Manager will serve as a member of the team in the client’s expansion of it’s ServiceNow implementation, working toward leveraging AI to help meet employee needs. This role will have wing-to-wing responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the IT-related knowledge bases included in the plan. 

Required skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
  • Must have extensive HRSD, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge Management modules
  • HRSD, ITSM or CSM certifications preferred
  • Expertise in Change Management
  • Experience with Generative and/or Agentic AI
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work four days/week in the Miami, FL or Bentonville, AR office
