Our client, located in various locations around the U.S., is currently in need of a Senior VMware VCF/VKS Consultant for a 6 month contract. The consultant will work primarily remotely, with possibility of some travel, in support of the design and deployment of VKS clusters within customer vSphere/VCF environments. The consultant will be responsible for assessing the environment, designing the best deployment model, the migration of workloads within VKS architecture, and extensive knowledge in all components of VKS, including Cluster Networking, VKS API, container development and migration.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with design and deploy of VMware VKS within vSphere/VCF environments
- Experience assessing environments and designing the best deployment model
- Experience with migrating workloads within VKS
- Strong knowledge of cluster networking, VKS API, container development and migration
- Experience with vSphere/VCF, VCF 9x preferred
- Possibility of some travel; if required, expenses are reimbursed based on client guidelines

The expected hourly rate range for this role is: $65 – 100 per hour
