Our client, located in Seattle, WA, is currently in need of a Senior VMware VCF Operations Consultant for a 5 month contract, delivering at 20 hours per week. The consultant will work remotely in support of the design and deploy of VCF Operations within the customer’s enterprise cloud environment. The consultant will be responsible for working on leading workstreams involving health checks, integrating Ops with SDDC Manager, vCenter and vSAN, performance troubleshooting, and transition from manual reporting to automated using Python or PowerCLI,to real time dashboards.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands on experience with VMware VCF Operations Suite
- Aria Operations
- Aria Operations for Logs (vRLI)
- Aria Operations for Networks (vRNI)
- Experience with PowerCLI or Python to automate data collection and report generation
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- VCP-CO or VCAP-CO
- Understanding of capacity planning methodologies
- Familiarity with Horizon/VDI environments to handle specific alert-routing challenges
