Our client, located in Winston Salem, NC, is currently in need of a Senior VMware AVI Consultant for a 4 month contract with plans for extensions. The consultant will work remotely in support of the design and deployment of VMware AVI Load Balancer and AVI Automation solutions. The consultant will be responsible for working on AVI infrastructure review, automation of load balance builds and configuration using Ansible and Python, load balancer configuration and drift management, Aria reporting and alerting for load balancer capacity on vSphere, assist with design of a fully automated load valance as a service that meets RPO/RTO thresholds using GIT driven design principles and integrate with the internal self service catalog.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with VMware AVI Load Balancer
- Strong experience with VMware AVI Automation
- Proficient with Ansible and Python
- Experience using Aria Operations for alerting and reporting
- Experience with vSphere
