Our client, a Wireless Systems Integrator, located in Vero Beach Florida, needs a RF Working Site Manager to travel 90% of the time and work out of their Vero Beach, FL office. The RF Working Site Manager is responsible for working hands on and oversee installing, relocating, disconnecting digital and analog public safety and commercial to way communications equipment. This role is directly responsible for building and maintaining the systems that enable effective communication and service delivery for public safety, education, public works, and business organizations within our communities.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience working in a project management/hands on capacity around Radio or RF projects. Plan, schedule, and track construction timelines.
- Previous experience drafting and submitting budget proposals.
- 5+ years of experience installing, relocating, and disconnecting digital and analog two-way communications equipment for public safety and commercial systems.
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees & waist, squat, lift & move a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted, & repeatedly climb & descend stairs & ladders.
- Live within 45 minutes of Vero Beach, FL
- Ability to travel up to 90% sometimes out of state for up to 2 weeks at a time.
- Must be able to pass criminal background, drug screen, and have a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- A General Contractor’s Certification is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Military or public safety experience is a plus
