Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of an Office Services Coordinator for an initial 6-month contract, likely to convert to full-time or extend. Working onsite daily, the Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Office Services provided to all associates in the Miami HQ. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager and requires the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. The candidate must be reliable, hardworking, with great communication skills, and familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Core responsibilities include full mailroom management, printing/binding/shredding services, badge and access support, and coordination with building management.
Required skills:
- 1-3 years’ experience with office coordination, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, most importantly, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of print services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing is preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a major plus

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $18-25 per hour.
