Our client, a large professional services firm located in Allston, MA, is looking to hire a certified Cisco Network Engineer for a 6-month contract working 35 hours per week. The consultant will be supporting a commercial customer working onsite to backfill an outgoing resource.
The consultant will be providing general support for the Cisco network; route/switch, firewall, network troubleshooting, support and maintenance, etc.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a network engineering role
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking configurations
- CCNP certification is required
- Experience with wide area networking and Internet Service provider management
- Cloud hosting and SAAS connectivity experience
- Demonstrated network security knowledge and skill
- Demonstrated network troubleshooting skills
