Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a Network Engineer for permanent employment. The Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting their existing network infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of network engineering experience in Cisco based environments
- 3+ years’ experience supporting/managing hosted datacenters.
- Experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Cisco DCNM Administration, Cisco ASA /Firepower firewalls.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Participate on 24/7 call rotation
- Experience working in cloud environment preferably Azure
- 4 days a week onsite Mon-Thurs and supporting San Francisco, San Ramon, and Sunnyvale Data Centers.
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Python coding
- Previous experience working in the investment firm industry
- Cisco Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
- Cisco Nexus
- Ansible/Terraform experience
- Observability monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace)
- Cisco DNA experience
- SD-WAN
- Automate network deployment and data collection tasks to enhance the productivity and validity of the results.
