Our client, located in Wilmington, MA, is currently in need of a Merger and Acquisition Project Manager for a 6-month contract to hire. The Merger and Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for leading integration projects, navigating/standardizing complex business processes, optimizing workflows, and act as the primary point of contact for all projects.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of operations focused project/program experience with previous experience with merger/acquisitions.
- Previous experience supporting an organization with a service focus, physical locations, and/or delivery fleet.
- Previous experience working with Jira for tracking project updates and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite occasionally in Wilmington, MA
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience managing the integration of ERP/CRM systems within a company acquisition.
- Experience creating a merger and acquisition process for future acquisitions.
- Previous exposure to facility design.
- Exposure to laundry and garment industry.
