Our client, a national technology integrator, is looking to hire 4 Systems Technicians for a 3-month project. The consultants will be working to support multiple site roll outs projects for restaurant/fast food chains. The consultants will be mainly working as part of the new construction field teams, responsible for running low voltage cabling, installing access points, switches, printers, and POS. Everything the consultants install is “plug and play” and pre-staged prior to shipping.
The consultants will be traveling from site to site supporting these roll outs. Each site typically takes about 2 weeks (40 hours per week). Site locations are as follows: Gilbert & Goodyear, AZ, Murray, Utah, inside the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Sugar Land, TX, Edison, NJ and more. The technicians will be traveling from site to site with travel and expenses covered when needed.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lead multiple site roll out projects for new construction with low voltage systems and cabling
- 5+ years in field in new construction with low voltage systems supporting multiple site rollout projects
- Experience running low voltage cables as part of set up
- Experience installing switches, access points, etc (all is plug and play as everything is pre-staged prior to shipping)
- Experience with POS terminal installs
- Experience with basic IT needs, desktops, laptops, printers, etc
