Our client in Wilmington, MA, needs an IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist for an initial 3-6 month contract with a strong possibility of conversion to permanent employment. The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist will work 5 days a week onsite and be responsible for fulfilling IT equipment requests, packaging/shipping, inventory control, and managing returns.
Required Skills:
• 0-2 years of experience in IT inventory, warehouse fulfillment, asset management, shipping/receiving, or related operational role.
• Experience handling and staging hardware such as laptops (Windows and Mac), tablets, handheld devices, printers, peripherals, and time clocks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple equipment requests and priorities.
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma and valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with device provisioning concepts such as Windows Autopilot and/or basic device enrollment processes preferred.
