Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of an HR Process Excellence Manager for an initial six-month contract, likely to extend. Working in a hybrid model, three days/week onsite, the Manager will build, re-engineer, and improve processes across functional dependencies. This role will support aligned COEs and analyze aspects of the COEs processes and operations and will provide analysis of the current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
This is a critical role that will lead, inspect, and design long-term solutions for the organization.
Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience within process improvement development, implementation, and execution
- Successfully led end-to-end process improvement projects, from identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and measuring results
- Must have experience working with ambiguous data from different sources to identify trends, discover root causes, and justify improvement opportunities
- Experience with HRMS and HR Case Management Software (Workday & ServiceNow HRSD, preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucid, Miro)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree
