Our client, a manufacturing company in Cleveland, OH, is in need of a Helpdesk/End User Support Admin for a three-month contract-to-hire position. Working onsite daily, the Helpdesk Admin will be supporting internal ticketing requests across all technologies.
Required skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in Helpdesk/End User Support
- Experience supporting Active Directory
- Experience supporting Microsoft O365 and the full Office suite
- Experience troubleshooting corporate hardware (printers, etc.)
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) is highly preferred
- Experience working with a ticketing system, Spiceworks preferred
