Genesys Cloud Technical Lead

Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Genesys Cloud Technical Lead for a 6 month contract to hire position.  This opportunity is a part of the Professional Services organization and is a customer-facing role.  The consultant will be acting as the lead consulting and implementation arm for the customer’s technology journey and transformative work within Genesys Cloud.  The consultant should possess extensive Genesys Cloud and Contact Center consulting experience and be able to lead and deliver the technical delivery.

The consultant will work closely with customers and partners during all stages of the project lifecycle.  The consultant will provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers as well as lead efforts to pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how Genesys brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers.

The consultant will also be tasked with presenting complex Genesys technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations.  The correct resource will also be able to identify project risks and mitigation plans. 

 Required Skills
 

  • 5+ plus years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise solutions/systems that leverage the call center technologies;
  • Technical depth in Genesys Cloud is a must
  • Experience consulting and providing technical solutions with customers on top technology trends such as optimization, acceleration, connectivity, business model changes and customer experience.
  • Experience with IP Telephony and IP Telephone Technologies
  • Hands on experience in designing and programming complex applications leveraging APIs, JSON and/or JavaScript
  • Experience with current technology implementation patterns including service-oriented and cloud.  
  • Hands on scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc.)
