Our client, a professional services company with locations across the US, is currently in need of a Genesys Cloud Presales Engineer for full-time hire. This individual will be working remotely, preferably towards the west coast, consulting potential clients to assess what their challenges are and then provide a technical solution. They will work with clients and sales teams to help push Genesys products and work on an initial design plan for the solution.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions in either a presale or implementation role
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Experience providing demos for customers (Genesys preferred but not necessary)
- Experience architecting and designing Genesys solutions
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Any Genesys related certs are a nice to have
