Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Genesys Cloud Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) Developer for a 5-month remote contract. The consultant will be focused on digital channels architecture and support the support advancing the IVA solutions. Currently the customer is using IBM Watson and Nuance IVAs.
The customer is doing a Proof of Concept for things such as Co-Pilot, GPE or other digital products as they look to expand their AI capabilities.
