Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of a Five9 Architect for an initial 6 month remote contract supporting a fortune 50 Credit Card company with a Five9 CCaaS platform implementation with Google AI integration. The Five9 Architect will be supporting the strategy, design and technical governance of the global Five9 CCaaS Infrastructure, network connectivity, telephony architecture and carrier relationships throughout the enterprise cloud migration. The Five9 Architect will be responsible for defining and standardizing the global Five9 cloud infrastructure architecture, architecting the network connectivity between users, Five9 could, carrier networks, google AI services and enterprise systems, end to end voice services architecture including PSTN connectivity and SIP trunking design, defining call routing logic, designing technical bridge patterns, establishing security requirements, etc.
Required Skills:
- 7 – 10 years of experience working as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Contact Center, Infrastructure and Telephony solutions.
- At least 5 years of design / deploy experience with cloud-based contact center platforms, specifically Five9.
- Telephony Architecture experience, specifically, SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, SBC, TDN – SIP migrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Network Architecture, specifically SD-WAN, MPLS, QoS / traffic prioritization.
- Experience supporting contact center implementations / migrations in a cloud infrastructure environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of CTI Integration patterns.
- Knowledge of carrier integration patterns.
- Must be comfortable presenting in front of customers executive leadership teams.
Desired Skills:
- TOGAF Architecture framework experience.
- Google CCAI / Dialogflow Infrastructure experience.
- Verint WEM infrastructure integration experience.
