Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid Executive IT Support Specialist for a full-time position. The Executive IT Support Specialist will be providing day to day support for executive staff and trading floor employees.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT Support experience supporting Windows environments
- 10+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac workstations and laptops
- Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in San Francisco
- 5+ years of experience supporting executive level employees
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/certifications
- Financial industry experience and previous experience supporting trading floor employees
- Be available for on-call support as needed
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience supporting Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with financial applications including FactSet, Eze, Charles River, Bloomberg, etc.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, vSphere, Horizon, MDM and MFA.
- Microsoft Certifications
