Our client, a leading Healthcare System, is in need of multiple eCW Trainers to provide ATE (at the elbow) support for multiple hospitals and practices recently acquired by our customer. Trainers can be located anywhere as long as they are willing and able to travel 90 – 100% of the time throughout the domestic US. The eCW Trainers will be responsible for helping to transition and integrate acquired practices onto our customers instance of eCW. They will help to facilitate on-line and onsite training plans, perform gap analysis as well as creating accomplishment reports which identify goals met and remaining gaps.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Trainer, specifically around the eCW platform, with a focus on ATE support and / or Change Management.
- Experience training clinicians, back and front office staff.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically 90 – 100% of the time.
- Must have an active drivers license.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Medical Assistant certification
