Our client, a technology solutions provider, needs a Sr. DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time role working remotely. The Sr. DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for automating processes, managing infrastructure, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and focusing on continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience working as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer
- 5+ years of experience working with an observability tool. Preferably New Relic, Datadog, or Splunk
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD Tools including Ansible, Docker, Git, and Gitflow in an Azure environment.
- Recent experience working with an investment management firm.
- 5+ years of experience designing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS environments.
- Provide support after hours and occasional weekends, when necessary.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure configuration automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Working on the release of applications built on .Net Core and Angular/React.
- Experience with data platforms/engineering including Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, or Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Coding experience with C#, Python, or PowerShell
- Exposure to Content Delivery Network with Cloudflare or Fastly.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
