Our client, a leading telecom provider, is currently in need of a Deployment Coordinator for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. The consultant will be working remotely to support the clients deployment and install teams by helping to plan, coordinate and ensure operational readiness of EF&I (Engineer, Furnish and Install) deployment projects. They should have experience in project management, scheduling and tracking field resources, interfacing with internal teams and possess the ability to assist with quotes and proposals for new services.
Required Skills:
- 6-8+ years of telecom related deployment coordination experience
- Central Office experience is highly preferred
- Experience scheduling and tracking field resources, including staffing and POs/RFQs
- Ability to manage quality audits, compliance reporting and all associated documentation
- Conduct and support technician interviews, onboarding and overall performance tracking alongside deployment leadership
- Ability to lead project administration, forecasting and status reporting
- Experience assisting with quoting and proposals for new services

- Any relevant certifications
- Strong computer/technology skills
- Any kind of in field deployment experience/or knowledge of best practices would be a plus
