Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Corporate Communications Director for a 3-6 month contract. Working in a hybrid model, onsite four days/week, the Communications Director will help support all corporate communications functions, including executive messaging, internal communications, external brand positioning, crisis management, public relations, and digital engagement.
Core responsibilities include crafting high-impact messaging, speeches, and thought leadership content, developing and refining corporate storytelling, and work on corporate media relations and public relations efforts to ensure consistent and strategic brand messaging. This role will serve as a thought partner to the SVP, of Communications on executive and corporate communications, strategy and execution.
Required skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, either in-house or on the agency side
- 5+ years’ in an executive leadership role
- Extensive experience in executive communications, brand messaging, crisis management, and corporate reputation strategy
- Financial or policy-related communications a plus but not required
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite executives and provide strategic counsel on high-profile communications initiatives
- Strong storytelling, writing, and content development skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives
- Ability to be flexible, pivot quickly and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Availability to be in-office at least 3-4 days/week

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $68-98 per hour.
