Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a part-time Conversational AI Design Consultant to support a 80–100-hour remote project. The project will run from the beginning of June through the end of July and will provide 10-15 hours per week through its entirety.
The consultant will need to design (i) NLU Voicebot to identify the intent of the caller and (ii) authentication flow to verify the identity of the caller before routing the call to an agent. The Voicebot will serve at most 6 intents in English. The deliverables include intent guide and call flow design.
