Our client, a large physical security company, is looking to hire a Conversational AI Consultant for a 6-month remote contract. The consultant will be responsible for implementing both virtual agent and virtual assist using Dialogflow CX. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and developing conversational AI solutions, focusing on building virtual agents that can handle customer interactions through various channels like web, mobile, and voice.
These support agents are a type of virtual agent that introduce conversational artificial intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI).
Required Skills:
- Experience with implementing both virtual agent and virtual assist
- Experience with Google Cloud Console
- Experience configuring the Dialogflow CX agent within the Google Cloud Console
- Strong understanding of necessary settings and best practices
- Strong understanding of NLU and NLP concepts
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks
