Contract Administrator

Our client, a telecom company supporting SLED (State, Local and Education) clients, is in need of a Contract Administrator for a 6-month contract. This individual will be working remotely to support ongoing engagements with SLED entities by ensuring compliance, providing contract administration and reporting, price file maintenance and client relations.  The main focus will be assisting in all monthly and quarterly pricing and billing related requirements for our clients SLED contracts.  The Contract Admin will be compiling reports of business partner sales via our clients contract vehicles, and follow through on fees and charges associated with those vehicles.

Required Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience working in contract administration w/ SLED customers
  • Ability to generate reports focused around business partner sales via SLED contract vehicles and track fee payments
  • Experience working with and supporting IDIQs, MSAs, National cooperative contracts, State Term Contracts, prime contracts, subcontracts and individual task orders
  • Previous experience building and maintaining relationships with procurement personnel both internally and with the customer
  • Experience providing support to ongoing RFPs

  • Experience working with SAP and Costpoint
