Contact Center Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading Consulting Firm, is in need of a Contact Center Solutions Architect for an initial 6 month remote contract supporting a customer in Los Angeles, CA.  The Contact Center Solutions Architect will be initially responsible for the planning and design of a migration from Genesys Engage to  NICE CXone.   

Required Skills:

  • 7 – 10 years of experience working as a Contact Center Solutions Architect. 
  • Experience designing contact center migrations to NICE CXone platform, ideally from Genesys, however, can be any other platform to include, Avaya, Five9, Amazon, etc.   
  • Experience designing contact center migrations / upgrades in a cloud environment, ideally, AWS or Azure. 
  • Experience developing architecture diagrams, preferably with Visio or similar tool. 
  • Experience supporting contact center implementation / migration projects, specifically around Genesys and NICE.
  • 30% travel to Los Angeles, CA. 

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:

  • TOGAF architecture methodology experience.
