Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of a Clinical Ambulatory SME for an initial 12 month contract in support of an enterprise DoD EHR (Cerner) Modernization effort with up to 10% travel throughout the domestic US. The Clinical Ambulatory SME will be working with our customers Clinical Product team who is responsible for clinical optimization, new capability clinical support, implementation, deployment and sustainment of new capabilities. The Clinical Ambulatory SME will be responsible for providing nursing clinical input into new capability design, providing nursing clinical input into workflow optimization, creation / modification of enterprise workflows (in workflow designer), collaborate with team to design fully integrated clinician and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically driven revenue cycle, support the development of adoption presentations for nursing and provider services, support functional valid events with creation of scripts for demonstration in a non-production environment, support design & testing activities and support review and recommended updates to provider, nursing and allied health training content.
Required Skills:
- 9 years of experience with a BS degree.
- US citizen able to pass a Tier III public trust clearance.
- Extensive Oracle Cerner Millennium experience.
- Previous Hospital and / or Clinical experience.
- Expertise in workflow design and workflow designer tool.
- Expertise in the facilitation of design and adoption sessions.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise Healthcare and / or Government projects / programs.

- Previous Cerner Millennium deployment experience.
- Previous Cerner Millennium optimization and sustainment experience.
