Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a Remote (working PST Hours) Scrum Master for a full-time position. This role will initially focus on a strategic client reporting modernization project, with long-term opportunities to lead a diverse range of initiatives across the Client Service landscape.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role supporting Agile delivery teams
- Previous experience supporting client reporting projects in the investment industry.
- 5+ years of experience using Agile project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- Active Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or comparable Agile credential)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and guide teams through the practical adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive measurable outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree

The expected base salary range for this role is: 120K-160K per year
