Our client, a Wireless Systems Integrator, located in Florida, needs a Branch Manager – Field Service Delivery Operations to work onsite in Mobile, Alabama. The Branch Manager is responsible for partnering with customers and managing the RF support team and other staff.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience managing customers, implementing service center policies & procedures, and driving continuous improvement.
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience working in an emergency response type of environment
- 3+ years of experience overseeing a RF team
- Previous experience presenting to customers
