Benefits Analyst

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Benefits Analyst for an initial four-month contract. Working in a hybrid model, three days/week onsite, the Benefits Analyst supports the Benefits team and the administration of associates’ benefits and wellbeing programs. This position is in support of the client’s transfer of benefit partners for the new year.

The Benefits Analyst specializes in communicating by responding to Benefits Helpdesk emails, processing invoices, reviewing Excel spreadsheets, helping team in reviewing communications, pulling reports to check accuracy of deduction amounts per benefit vendors costs, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Required skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience working as a Benefits Analyst, or similar
  • Experience developing SOPs for internal teams
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid model
