Avaya Support Technician

Our client, a leading professional services organization, is in need of an Avaya Support Technician for a 2 month contract.  The Avaya Support Technician will work onsite in the Metro DC area, in support of a large federal customer to conduct moves, adds and changes to an existing Avaya Aura system.  They should have experience with Avaya CM programming and be able to support Aura translations with large batches of users.    

Required Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience working with Avaya Aura systems 
  • Ability to work onsite 100% for 8 weeks in the DC area.
  • Prior experience conducting moves, adds and changes with the Avaya CM system
  • Experience reprogramming Avaya Aura translations for large amounts of users
  • Candidate must be a US citizen

Nice to Haves:

  • Telecom experience
  • Experience working with the federal government
