Our client, a leading professional services provider is in need of an Avaya Communication Manager Technician for a full-time opportunity supporting a client in Oshkosh, WI. This individual will be expected to work a hybrid schedule, with 2 days remote, 3 days onsite at their corporate HQ. This individual will be providing ongoing support to an existing Avaya system. They should be proficient with Avaya Communication Manager versions 8 and 10 and have experience with E911 systems (Intrado, Cisco, Redsky).
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of telecommunications experience
- Experience working with both Avaya Communication Manager v8 and v10
- Experience with E911 systems (Intrado, RedSky, Cisco)
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule and be onsite in Oshkosh, WI 3 days a week.
