Our client, located in Jacksonville FL, is in need of a full-time Avaya Aura Support Engineer. This individual will be working onsite, 5 days a week, supporting an Avaya Aura unified communications environment and the Avaya CMS portal. The engineer should be comfortable working with and have experience on Avaya Aura release 10.1.
Required Skills:
- Avaya Aura experience on version 10.1
- ACIS and ACSS Core Components certifications via Avaya
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Jacksonville FL
- Experience with either Avaya CMS or Experience portal is highly preferred
Nice to have:
- Experience working in the healthcare vertical
