Our client, a large systems integrator, is looking to hire a VCF Ops Architect for a 6-month remote contract. The consultant will be supporting multiple projects and serving as oversight for all VCF Operations. The consultant will work very closely with the team’s Aria Automation Architect. The VCF Ops Architect will be responsible for the design, deployment and configuration of VCF Operations.
The consultant will be expected to deliver expert-level Aria Operations skills, including Super Metrics design, customization, and analytics. ServiceNow is one area the team is looking for extremely strong integration skills.
Required Skills
- Expert-level understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architecture, deployment, and operations
- Advanced understanding of vSphere, vSAN, and NSX (NSX-T)
- Expert-level Aria Operations, including Super Metrics design, customization, and analytics
- Strong ServiceNow integration skills
- Experience with SDDC lifecycle management (LCM) using SDDC Manager
- Automation and scripting (PowerCLI, Python, REST APIs)
- Experience with storage architecture and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in virtualized environments
- Experience with hybrid cloud and public cloud integrations
