Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a Windows Active Directory Engineer for permanent employment. The Windows AD Engineer will work a hybrid onsite schedule, with Fridays remote, in support managing workstations with imaging platform, providing troubleshooting, managing setting via group policy, and be a Windows Guru.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of Active Directory experience including architecture
- 8+ years of experience with Windows 10, 11, 2019, and 2022.
- Experience with the following:
- Performance management, monitoring, and tuning
- Security and hardening
- Configuration management and drift protection
- GPO’s
- Roadmap and planning
- PowerShell scripting
- MFA, RSA and MS Authenticator
- AD, ADFS, DNS, and DHCP Infrastructure
- Ability to be onsite 4 days a week required. Fridays remote
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft windows certifications
- Experience with application packaging
- Previous experience working with Microsoft directly or major consulting firm
- Strong understanding of Active Directory Attributes, LDAP queries, PowerShell scripting to Modify Active Directory
