Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a hybrid IT Support Technician for a full-time position. The IT Support Technician will be providing level 2 support for a large financial investment firm.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT Support experience supporting Windows environments
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to work 3 days a week onsite in San Francisco
- Be apart of rotation for on-call support as needed
- Experience working with Windows operating systems in Azure cloud environment.
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field.
- Experience restoring system outages
- Experience of video conference technologies including Webex, Zoom, and Teams
- Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint troubleshooting experience
- Basic Active Directory Administration
- Experience with Lenovo equipment including desktops and laptops
- Exposure to MFA Solutions, MDM Systems, of Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Basic IT Infrastructure fundamentals including networks and servers
- Windows certifications
