Our client, a digital commerce agency, is looking to hire a Fullstack Drupal Developer for a 6-month remote contract. The consultant will be responsible for supporting both front-end/back-end CMS development and customization with Drupal. The consultant will have a focus on both front-end development, creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js as well as back-end development, build robust and scalable server-side applications using languages such as Python, PHP, or .NET, and frameworks like Django, Symfony, or Laravel.
The developer will code and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience working with Drupal Content Management System for front-end/back-end development and customization
- Strong front-end dev skills; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong back-end skills; server-side languages (e.g., Python, PHP, .Net) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Symfony, or Laravel.).
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB).
- Expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket for version control.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI) and knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
